Your room is about 10' x 11', FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED, has a closet with an extra storage space above, two windows, and 10ft ceilings. Your bathroom is yours, private, has a full bathtub/shower and is off the kitchen. *If you need a bed the current tennant is selling one!*

Wifi/utilities are extra generally 60-80$ a month.

People who have been in this room in the past have comfortably fit a double bed, dresser and small desk.

The rest of the apartment is an open space with a livingroom, kitchen, and another bedroom (with in-suite bathroom and access to a green and spacious backyard, which you may use so long as it doesn't disturb your roommate.)

Ground floor apartment, on a relatively quiet street, with great shopping, restaurants and bars nearby. There's a great 24h organic food store around the corner, and a laundromat right next door.

The apartment is just 2 blocks to the Dekalb L and 4 short blocks to the Knickerbocker M (the J is also close) so it's a short trip to Manhattan.

No pets beyond the pup I already have. Looking for a quiet, respectful, non-smoker, clean individual.
