We're looking for a new housemate to share this unique duplex apartment with a large private outdoor space, separate home office, access to building amenities and great views over Manhattan! Perfect for people working from home for at least part of the week.

The four-bedroom duplex is shared between three people with the fourth bedroom used as a home office. We're looking for a new housemate to re-sign the lease with us starting on September 1st. The available room fits a queen sized bed with extra space to fit a desk and dresser and has a large built-in wardrobe ($2050 p/m)

The apartment is split over the fourth and fifth floors of the building. The fourth floor has the queen-sized room, bathroom with bath opposite it, kitchen, living room and the fourth bedroom which we’ve converted to a home office.

The fifth floor has the two remaining rooms, a large bathroom and the private rooftop. The private rooftop has a lounge, barbeque, table, hammock and plenty of room left over, as well as access to the building’s public rooftop.

The building has a washer and dryer. We also have access to the building next door with has a larger laundry, gym etc.

The apartment is a short walk to the Graham L and McGolrick and McCarren parks!

We're looking for someone that is relaxed, clean and courteous and that will the apartment like a home.
