2 Rooms in Greenpoint / East Williamsburg

This is a sunny large unfurnished room in a 4 bedroom/2bath apartment. Large room is 10' x 12'.

Apt uses split air system so there's air conditioning in the summer. There is a remote in your room so you control whatever temp is most comfortable to you. You will need to pay 33% of the National Grid (gas) + 33% of the ConEd (electric) bills on top of your rent for a single person. If you are a couple, you will need to pay 45% of the utility bills since there will be 4 of us (2 people's usage is more than 1 person). Wifi is included in the rent.

We are 2 professional females who gets along well. We each have our own work schedule. We don't bring any parties home. We keep the apt tidy and neat. So, we expect the same from the 3rd. We don't smoke, drink or do drugs. No pets.

There is no washer or dryer on site. However, there is a full service laundry 3 doors down from the property.

The minimum rental period is 30 days.

L at Graham Ave. is the closest stop which is the 3rd stop into Brooklyn. It is a short 10 min walk. Area is very safe for women. In this building of just 2 apts, there are currently only females who resides here.

The smaller room can only accommodate a single person. It's 8' x 11.5'. Fits a full bed.
