The roommate living in this room could leave some furnishings or move everything out, theres natural light all day. the room faces the street. Also has a nice closet, large windows flood the room with natural light. The room is 925 a month
The apartment has all new appliances, kitchen living room is always kept tidy. There are 2 full bathrooms so there's never any crowding.
There are 4 bedrooms and right now one queer guy living in the back and a really nice girl in the front it? s mostly quiet and easy going we are friendly and hang sometimes but mostly in and out with our own schedules!

I wish I didn't have to specify this but you need to be queer/animal/race/gender/etc friendly.
