Available in our apartment is 1 room in a 5 bedroom space. We are two roommates in our 20's/early 30's: 1 college student and 1 office workers.

Apartment: This apartment is on the top two floor of the building. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (one is yours), kitchen, dining/common area, bathroom, and balcony.

Upstairs: Upstairs are two more bedrooms and our own private roof-deck.

Room: It's big! The room is 9' wide and 14.5' long. You should be able to fit a queen size bed in it, a desk, and a love seat (2 seat couch). It has a large closet and it faces the backyard. It's quiet throughout the day and weekends.

Neighborhood: The place is very conveniently located one block away from the G Myrtle-Willoughby stop. Also close by is a ten minute walk to the JMZ Flushing Ave stop. There's a coffee shop a block away as well as a some bars a couple blocks away.

Expectations: You're a great person! You're employed, respectful, clean up after yourself, don't bring the party home, etc. etc. You'll also actively help out around the house when needed, clean up, etc.

Costs: $1275 a month plus utilities, which can be anywhere from $80 to $120 depending on the month and usage. First, last, and security.
