Quiet Gamer looking for a roommate.

Hey there native or new to NYC. My name is Zuri, I am a native New Yorker who is looking for a roommate till April 2023(basically just a year). I am trying to save up as much money as I can before I move to Germany next year to study German full-time with my boyfriend.

Me as a person, I am an introvert who enjoys her time alone playing video games and watching anime. I also just like to sleep a lot because I work with children at a private school, so being social is draining for me. I am kind, funny, and love all kinds of foods.

As a roommate, I spend most of my days in my room either talking to my boyfriend online and playing Final Fantasy 14. I cook for myself and I love to cook when I don’t feel so lazy to do it. I am clean and only keep any disorganization to my room only. I might seem shy at first but it takes me awhile to warm up to people. I also like my roommate to be just my roommate and if anything develops into a friendship then that is cool too. I also am LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Covid: I take covid very seriously. I made it this far not getting it at all for the past two years. So any potential roommates must be vaccinated and boosted.

The Apartment: The room itself is actually my livingroom that I really don’t use. I love small spaces and my apartment is just too big for myself. Even when I used it as a livingroom, I didn’t have much stuff to fill it with. The building is old like most NYC apartments. There is a laundry room downstairs but I also use a portable washer in my kitchen. All utilities will be included as well.

Now, I live near a train so it does get little loud but I am hard of hearing so the train doesn’t bother me as much. The area I am in is also near Yankee Stadium, so if you love baseball then this is the area for you. The apartment building is a lot near a Target, stores, supermarkets, and a huge park for physical activities.
