We're a diverse group of individuals—a 21-year-old German male college student, a 28-year-old American male professional and photographer, and a 34-year-old Turkish female future nurse—seeking a fourth roommate to share our spacious apartment located just 1-2 minutes away from the 2, 4, & 5 trains, with a quick 15-minute commute to Manhattan. Our lease ends in November 2025. We may extend based on our current circumstances.

• Size: 8x11.5 with a closet. Tall ceiling
• Rent: $840/month
• Deposit: $840

• Utilities: Gas and water included; rest is shared
