Looking for Golden Girl Roommate 50-70 in Maricopa

Looking for a “Golden Girl” Roommate (Female 50-70) to share my 3 bedroom + office / 2 bathroom home in Maricopa, AZ.

You would have your own private wing of the home including:
-Large private bedroom with walk in closet. Plenty of room for queen size bed and bedroom set. Room is larger than appears in photo!
-Private bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower
-Shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, backyard and home gym.
-Community pool
-In Desert Passage, close to Walmart, Home Depot
-Access to home office if you work at home

About me-
I work from home full-time and generally wuiet but outgoing. I run a local ladies social group amd I enjoy going out to dinners with friends and trying new places and activities. I love to travel and cruise 4-5 times/year. I’m easygoing and keep a clean house and expect roommate to do same. I have 2 grown kids and a new grandbaby and family in Tempe who come occasionally but not often. I have a small dog (9lb chihuahua mix) and cat-both seniors and very friendly.

Available April or later (flexible terms)

Rent $800- includes gas/water/landscape maintenance, pest control, free fiber internet, free access to Hulu, Netflix, Peacock and Paramount plus.
-Electric split 50/50 (bill is usually $50 winter to about $275 summer total-you’d pay half). Home has separate AC zones with your own thermostat.

Prefer no pets but may consider a small dog only.

No smoking or drugs.

Credit/background check required.

No overnight guests unless mutually agreed to.

Home is furnished; you would furnish your bedroom.
