Room in Maricopa

Hello,
I am looking for tenants to rent out a room in my house. The rent is starting at $795 a month for the room if it is unfurnished, or for an additional $100 a month for a furnished room, plus utilities; there is a garage spot available as well.

Any tenant in my home will have full access to all of the luxuries of home living including but not limited to; a full kitchen, both of the two living rooms, a fire pit in the backyard, covered outdoor patio, and coming soon when it cools off a bit a small vegetable garden. I also have a new washing machine and dryer, a PlayStation 5, an Xbox 360, a Wii, a mid-sized bookshelf with several literary classics, and two large screen televisions. All of these are totally free to access anytime while living here.
The room can be furnished with a bed, side table, desk, closet, etc. or unfurnished, whichever you prefer.

I live in a very safe neighborhood in the city of Maricopa. The neighborhood amenities include a golf course and club, local parks within a short walking distance, basketball courts, fountains, and walking/biking routes.
