• My brother is a clean, respectful, and laid-back professional.

• He has 50/50 custody of his two awesome boys (ages 2 and 5), so they are at the house every other week.

• The home is quiet and calm on off-weeks, and full of energy on the weeks the boys are here!

What He Is Looking For:

• Clean, responsible, and respectful person who pays rent on time.

• Must be kid-friendly since the boys are around half the time.

• Must pass a background check and have a clean record. No exceptions.

• No pets allowed.
