We are offering a NEWLY furnished, private guest bedroom on the second floor of our quiet, modernized townhouse. Ideal for a single professional seeking a peaceful, long-term residence.

The Space & Amenities

Rent: $650/month Flat Rate. Includes all utilities (electric, water, high-speed internet).

Deposit: One-time $200 Security Deposit.

Included Furnishings & Appliances:

Twin Bed Set (frame, new mattress, pillows, and clean linens).

Mini-Kitchen Setup: Refrigerator, Air Fryer, Microwave, Baker's Rack, Standing Storage Shelf, and Dinnerware/Silverware in a holder.

Shared Space: Shared use of the second-floor full bathroom (with owners) and access to a dedicated, scheduled laundry room.

Bonus: Access to the community pool. Free supplies provided (filtered water, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.).

Must-Know Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

This space is highly structured for privacy and safety. Please ensure you meet the following:

No Guests Policy: No visitors or overnight guests are permitted on the property, per the lease agreement.

Work Status: Must work outside the home. This room is NOT suitable for remote work, telecommuting, or extended daytime stays.

Common Area Use: Restricted access to the main living room and kitchen. The main kitchen is for limited dish washing only. Surveillance cameras are active in owner-exclusive interior areas.

No Pets/No Smoking: We have two friendly cats that roam the common areas; you must be comfortable with them. The entire property is strictly smoke-free.
