Rooms for rent

I have 2 room's available for rent in my house I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath. 1st room comes with a bed and t. v last roommate left.2nd room is empty except for a mini fridge and microwave again last roommate left. I'm a HVAC technician and other roommate is a roofer who works out of town 3 weeks a month comes home for a day then goes to Mexico for 2 weeks comes home for 1 day and back to Texas he goes so I'll probably be the only roommate you see and with the rent you have access to the whole house kitchen living room backyard you'll be sharing a bathroom just so you know we are close to bus system if you need to ride the bus unfortunately I don't have a washer and dryer due to the cost of water but there's a Laundromat close by if you don't have a car I usually do my laundry on Sunday so you could ride with me. If interested please let me know and serious inquiries only please I BEEN GHOSTED LIKE 7 TIMES after I set time to come see the place. BETTER YOU WOULD SAY THANK YOU BUT NO THANK YOU!!
