I just spent the whole summer painting and repairing the outside of my house! Working on plants

Medium sized, fully furnished bedroom with lots of storage space. Bathroom is only shared when people are over. All common areas are shared. Covered patio and pool! Off the street parking. Walking distance to GCU and close to bus lines , grocery stores, restaurants, etc. I have 3 friendly dogs. Outside smoking only. Washer and dryer in the garage. SRP high peak, low peak plan. 40” tv in room with lots of movie stations and basic channels. I work 12 hour shifts and go to school full time. I also restore furniture and my garage is my shop. Most of the time there is something covering my dining table that I’m working on. Things can get a little messy. Messy not dirty. Between work, school and my restorations, my house isn’t always perfect but it’s not dirty. I would love a roommate who can occasionally help me with my home improvement projects and/or help me lift furniture pieces that I’m working on. I do pretty good on my own but I will ask for help if I need it.
