The bedroom comes furnished with a queen-size bed, Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, lamp, and dedicated work desk, giving you your own comfortable space to relax, work, and unwind. You’ll also have access to the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and community amenities.

The condo is located in a quiet, gated community with a pool, fire pit, BBQ grills, and grassy areas, and there is free parking available. Community laundry is located on the property. Wi-Fi, utilities, kitchen essentials, linens, and basic toiletries are included, so you can move in without having to worry about setting everything up yourself.

The location is centrally located in Phoenix, with convenient access to major roads, restaurants, shopping, downtown Phoenix, and several hospitals. It’s especially convenient for traveling healthcare professionals, students, interns, or anyone relocating to the Phoenix area.

A little about the home

You’ll be sharing the condo with me and my two friendly dogs, Dudley and Rocco. They are part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is important. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and easygoing.

I want the home to feel comfortable and welcoming—not like you’re living in a strict rental. I’m happy to give you your privacy, but I’m also friendly and enjoy occasionally hanging out, watching a movie, grabbing food, or sharing recommendations around Phoenix.

This is a shared home, so it’s best suited for someone who is comfortable living with a roommate and pets and who appreciates a clean, peaceful environment.
