Warm and Welcoming 1 bedroom available

The room is more medium sized, furnished with queen size bed, comfortable chair, large 9 drawer dresser, 42” wall mounted tv (Amazon Prime and Netflix), storage trunk, closet with shoe rack, shelves and storage cubbies. Full use of the common areas, patio and pool. Semi private bathroom (can explain). Driveway parking. Washer & Dryer in garage. Owner is roommate. It would be nice to have someone who has basic handyman skills for when I need help with small repairs, mostly because my hands aren’t as strong as they use to be. Must like dogs and kids. I have 2 high school age grandkids who get dropped off here before school in the morning and return here after school. They sometimes stay the night or have friends over. All of them are very respectful. My home is very laid back with a relaxing, drama free environment and I insist it remain that way. I am a nurse/student/furniture restoration person. I stay active and sometimes a project I’m working on has to make its way into the house but I mostly work out of my garage. I don’t feel I’m your typical 61 yo woman. I love DIY home renovations and am finishing up a few things that hot back burnered because of school. I am completely transparent. In one of the pictures you can see my messy dining room with my furniture restoration supplies. My plan is to install floor to ceiling cabinets to get it all behind doors. It’s not the Ritz Carlton but it’s a nice, warm and friendly home. I’m on a SRP high/low peak plan that has to be followed to keep my utility bills reasonable. If interested, all the little details can be discussed. My most recent roommate was with me for 2 years but has an elderly mother in California he has to take care of so we had to part ways. Respect is important to me and when I start school again in the fall, I will need things reasonably quiet when I have to study. I am a smoker but never in the house. My house is a smoke free zone for vaping and smoking of any kind. Outside only please.
