Condo is upstairs. One covered parking spot is included.
Primary large bedroom w/en suite bath is for rent for $875 per month.
Electric will be split.
Water, trash and cable paid by hoa.
I have no pets and Im quiet and clean and generally will keep to myself.
Im looking for an easy going housemate who is fine with keeping to themseleves and each of us going about our days and being mature humans who pick up after ourselves and are considerate with noise in general when its late etc. I am only seeking 1 person, no couples or children. I think its best to meet to determine if peoples personalities are a good match but I think Im pretty easy to get along with. However, I do prefer people who are naturally neat in general or people who are wired for collaboration. Since we will be using shared spaces, those spaces need to be available for each person, so its important not to be messy and leave things for later.
