I live in a double master apartment by myself and its getting a little too expensive for me lately. I'm lease locked right now so I'm looking for a roommate. I'll take care of all of the logistic stuff like internet and utilities. I'm happy to be very transparent on those financially so that you know I am not taking advantage. In April, the 1000/month rent will go lower to about 800 because I will be making more money and don't mind carrying the brunt of the finances.

You'd have 2&1/2 full closets, your own bedroom, bathroom, and input on the decor in the living room because I havent really done much besides the couch and entertainment center. Looking for cool and quiet people, home is where I go to relax and unwind.

Ideally the roomie would be clean and quiet just like I am. Short term or month-by-month is okay with me as long as you communicate as such to me. Quickest move in date would be Feb 1 and I would need at the very least 1000 to add you to the lease and cover the first month of rent and utilities.

Tours are obviously welcome and so are meet and greets, just text me ahead of time so we can set up a time!
