I am what would be considered an empty nester, my daughter is attending college and away from home. I enjoy the outdoors (When it’s not 100 degrees outside) and love spending time with family and friends. It prides me to share that the room I am renting was occupied by a previous roommate for 4 years! I rent a private studio as well that is attached to the property with it’s own entrance so you won’t interact with her inside the house, you’ll occasionally run into her outside, she has been lived here for almost 3 years her lease is up in December and may be renewing.
