Clean, comfortable, friendly and welcoming

I am a 58yo professional female. I work full-time and go to school part-time but it will soon also be full-time. I am friendly, easy-going but also very outspoken. I treat others as I would like to be treated and would like a respectful roommate. I'm very clean, but I also live here and I expect normal cleanliness from a roommate. Essentially, my home does not come with maid service. My home is a very quiet and calm environment except when family comes to visit, then it gets fairly loud and messy because there would be many kids involved in the visit. You must like kids and animals. I have 2 very friendly dogs once they know you. I also have 2 teenage granddaughters who get dropped off at my house every day before school and they come home after school until their parents pick them up. They are nice, respectful kids. I spend a lot of time at my computer studying. I do smoke but NEVER in the house. When you are my roommate, you become part of the family when they come to visit. Visits don't happen a lot, but we're a friendly bunch and you are part of the family when they are here. I just want a nice roommate, preferably male, but not completely opposed to the right female. I'm sorry, but I cannot offer a private bathroom. Will answer any questions upon inquiry. Willing to make reasonable changes to the room. Roommate would also get their own code for the alarm system. In 7 years, the only people who have set the alarm off are family, lol. Full-size patio, BBQ, and pool. Panoramic wifi, Firestick tv. I do have a garage but it's storage at this time. Off street parking, large driveway.
