Room Near GCU

One large furnished bedroom with walk-in closet, private entrance and personalized code, private bathroom, security camera, and small patio walkway. We have two small dogs that are really friendly and use the backyard on occasion but due to them, we can not have another dog on-premise (unless there is an extenuating circumstance and an arrangement can be made. Fee will apply and deposit could be higher). Parking will also be available. All utilities (electricity, water, gas) are included within reason. Excessive use could lead to a small fee.

The room is meant to be like a dorm so it will be including a mini-fridge, microwave, a full-size bed, nightstand, and a dresser with a TV (firestick included). If there is any furniture that is not needed, we can arrange to remove anything to make space for personal belongings. Limited access to living room and kitchen. Kitchen use only for washing personal dishes and occasional cooking. No access to laundry room so laundry needs to be done at a laundry mat.


I currently occupy the room so images are of my personal belongs which will be removed. Images of outside area include walkway to the French doors which has personalized code. Tenants will also have copy of they keys.
Couples are welcome for an additional fee. However, there will only be one parking spot available. The house's location is about a 7-minute bike ride from GCU and 10 minutes to the light rail on 19th ave and Bethany. Please get in touch with me via email/text for more information.

Fees:
Month to month rent (however priority will be given to those who will need the room between 5-10 months)

-$700 a month (first month and last month upfront)
-$600 deposit (returned in full if no major damage was done to room or furniture)

In total, the first month would be a total of $2,000. 30 day notice is required before moving out and the last month would already be paid for.

Ideal Candidate: Looking for someone who could speak a bit of Spanish (my parents are the primary residents and are home most of the time) in case you need to communicate with them. And ideally, a college student who will need a room during the academic school year.
