Hello,
I a am 66 year old female school teacher.
I work 5 days a week.
I own 4 cats. I prefer a middle aged or older female as a house-mate. The pictures are from when the home was first purchased.
It is a little messy at this time, but cleans up nicely!
This a 2 bedroom 1 bath house. The bathroom will be shared. Which is why I prefer a female.
The laundry/front room and back yard are also shared. The back yard has a pomegranate, orange, lemon and pear tree. Plenty of room for gardening!
The room is a little on the small side, it has a large closet, heater, and ceiling fan. A queen size bed will fit.
I am quiet, friendly and like punning.
I am NOT 420 friendly, I do not do drugs, drink alcohol, or smoke.
I am near 580, 880, 238, and Mission, Bus, shopping and BART are near by.
