Furnished room in StuyTown

This room is part of a 3 bedroom apartment in StuyTown. StuyTown is its own community in New York City with a friendly neighborhood vibe and a central courtyard with playgrounds, grass, a cafe, and a bunch of community events. The room itself is clean. I will leave my bed, desk with a monitor and keyboard if desired, and dresser for clothes. I live nearby and won't be in the apartment for the summer and up until the end of the lease. I can sublease it from the beginning of June to the beginning of August (lease ends the 12th). There is a kitchen with utensils and cooking equipment that are open to be used, as well as a common area with a couch and a small kitchen table for meals. There are 2 other roommates who won't be around frequently but they are clean, well kept young men. The apartment is typically pretty quiet, and since everyone has full time jobs, it is usually empty. The floor and building is quiet as well, and there is laundry and a garbage disposal area in the basement.
