Room for rent available in Van Nuys. The main bedroom is occupied by an early 30's couple and the tenant would occupy the guest bedroom and have their own private bathroom. The rent of $1250 a month includes all utilities (Wifi/Electricity/Water/Trash) and the bedroom comes unfurnished. I'm looking for a clean, quiet, and chill roommate we can get along with but would respect each others privacy.

This is a pretty convenient place to live as the complex is managed well, has a lot of amenities, and is close to the freeway. I'm friendly, communicative, and responsible so there wouldn't be any drama if you lived here.
