A desirable candidate will be a quiet, non-smoking, non-drug user, Covid vaccinated professional or student, who is super tidy and pays rent on time. Limited Kitchen privileges are negotiable; however they are contingent upon your commitment to take part in maintaining the kitchen in pristine condition at all times. House is currently occupied by one charming Englishman and an Italian Lady.
Month to month basis. The rent is $1100 per month. To move in, you will be required to pay a $1000 deposit. This deposit will be held and refunded when you move out if the room is left in impeccable condition. The monthly utilities is $200.00 The total monthly payment is $1300.00.
