1 bedroom unit sharing
I am renting this 1 bedroom apartment and my lease is until April 2022 and I am looking for a roommate to share the rent. I am paying $2200 for this unit. It is a luxury apartment building in Miami downtown with beautiful amenities like gym and swimming pool. I am okay if you can’t pay exactly half of the rent but try to suggest the amount you can afford and I’ll see if it’s acceptable.
Since, it’s a 1 bedroom unit, you won’t have a private room. We can either share the bedroom with a divider between beds or stay you can stay the living room.
Preferably, I am looking for introvert or someone quiet. I have a cute pomeranian dog so you must be okay living in an apartment with dog.
