Looking for clean, respectful roommate

I found an amazing roommate here on spareroom 2 years ago, and he's moving out and moving in with his girlfriend. So I'm looking for someone to take his place. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms unit, split lay out. The rent for the room is $2,000 plus utility (Electricity, Water, Sewer and Internet which we will split). The apartment is on the 26 floor, Edgewater/Downtown Miami area with a beautiful view.

ME: I'm an active, athletic 34 year old guy. I've lived in France, New York, Cali, Chicago, the Caribbeans and Africa. I freelance as a creative director for various start ups, and I'm the co-owner of 2 Wellness Cafes in Edgewater.

I don't have too many criteria. I like to keep all common areas clean and in order at all times (it's nice to come home to a clean space). The less clutter the better. I'm reasonable and emotionally stable. Open minded and adventurous.

I like to run, bike, swim, and weight-train. Do yoga, photography, etc...

The place is gorgeous in my humble opinion. I've done some remodeling and touch ups to make it even more homey. The place comes furnished but I'm opened to redecorate and tweak some stuff. I'm easy going so if there are things you want to switch out, I'm totally fine with it. I just want the place to feel like a sanctuary.

I sometimes entertain guests but I'm respectful and will always check in with you. As long as we communicate with each other I think we'll be perfectly fine.
