2nd floor bedroom for rent. SINGLE person only. No couples, sorry, no children, female preferred.
Rent includes all utilities- electric, gas, water, trash (summer months, we all split the excess of the normal electric bill - typically not more than $160 additional -split 3 ways), wi-fi internet, housekeeper twice a month to clean share spaces and your bathroom. Bathroom is semi-shared with female.
Will paint room color of your choice, beige patterned berber carpet, mirrored closet doors on wall closet, approx 5', wood blinds, quite neighborhood, street parking in front of the house.
Dimensions 12.5' x 13'. 3 windows.
Full access to kitchen, dishwasher, laundry room (second floor), living room, TV, dining room, etc. Small amount of storage space available in the garage.

PREFERENCES
Female professional that works outside the home (if working inside the home additional rent will be negotiated to cover excess bills), ZERO drugs, occasional drinking OK, overnight guests limited to 3 nights per month (no couples).

Household consists of 2 females 30+ and 1 high school female. We are a fun bunch, but typically working and quiet. We have a movie theatre set up in the back yard, you're welcome to use and invite friends over occasionally. I cook 4-6 nights a week. We share food and cleaning responsibilities. Housekeeper will clean your bathroom 2 times a month, but your room is your responsibility.
