Private room and bathroom available in our beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home. Located in the new housing developments on the southwest part of Chino/Eastvale. This house is only 2 years old with plenty of natural light and vaulted ceilings. The bedroom has a walk-in closet and the bathroom has two sinks. It’s located on the second floor with the bathroom immediately next to the room. The bathroom is yours, no one else will be using it. Our guest restroom is located on the first floor.

Amenities within our neighborhood include two separate gyms less than a 5 minute drive away as well as two pool areas with cabanas and jacuzzis. It’s a really nice neighborhood, everything is brand new.

Two other bedrooms in the house are occupied, the 4th bedroom is our spare/office/guest bedroom. We are working professionals in their early thirties and plan on staying here for a long time.
