We are the top floor of a 3-floor walk-up on a quick, tree-lined street. The apartment is incredibly well-located--about 4 minutes from the Bedford L stop, 6 minutes from the Met G stop and 10 minutes from the Marcy J/M. There are great bars, restaurants and coffee shops all within close walking distance.

There are three bedrooms surrounding a central living area and open-plan kitchen. Every room (including the bathroom) has a window and the unit gets great light (your bedroom has a large south-facing window that gets direct sunlight [see photo]). All common areas are furnished by me, a former architect and interior designer, and we have a fully-equipped kitchen. We also have a bedframe (see pic) that you can buy for cheap from previous roommate. The living room has a common TV with most of the streaming services. All rooms have AC and heating.

The bedroom you'd be getting would be the second-largest of the three-bedroom unit. The bedroom dimensions are approximately 12' x 13', the living room dimensions are 17' x 22' and the bathroom dimensions are 6' x 8'. All are generously-sized based on typical Williamsburg apartments. The bedroom is larger than it looks in pictures.

We are looking for someone to move in ASAP as we had a previous roommate back out last minute after being told he needed to move for work.
