$1120 room for rent in Williamsburg

I have a room available in a 2 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. Place is 2 blocks from the Lorimer L/G stop, 5 minutes by train into the city. Prime Williamsburg, tons of cool restaurants, bars and parks around the corner.

I'm a 30 year old male in marketing. Huge music lover. Like to go out for drinks, live music, random NY culture events.

Seeking another relaxed person. Would prefer it if you were clean (although I'm not anal) and not too much of homebody. Not really looking for a best friend, but would like someone relaxed to live with. Occasional overnight guests welcome. There are no pets or smoking cigarettes allowed in the apartment. You should be liberal and gay friendly.

Room is medium sized - normal size for BK. Comfortable fits a full size bed and bureau. Previous tenant chose to use a futon type situation.

This is month to month with 30 days notice. Utilities are extra and usually run $100-$150.
