Hello. Welcome to my home and personal Garden of Eden in Los Angeles at the border of Santa Monica. The house is a beautiful, open, homey, old fashioned space, that brings the outside in, with an extraordinary skylight and french windows around the entire house, including the living room, dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms. The beautiful fireplace, curved ceilings and archways, make it an a beautiful, artistic space and the huge built in drawers and closets make it practical and easy to use.
The rental bedroom is very large, with a queen tempurpedic bed and an ornate credenza and desk (a great work space), with a 42" tv and three chairs.
There is a unique outdoor art gallery lining the front and back yards and a three person swing under a gazebo and two orange trees in the back yard.
A fountain decorates the covered dining area, next to the sun patio, with a barbeque and flowers all around the back yard.
The dramatic outdoor lighting makes the front and back yards a year round fantasyland.
WIFI and Directv with 800 stations are in the 65 inch living room television and the 42 inch television in the rental bedroom.
There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
