About the Apartment

Gorgeous brownstone with a lot of character!

Two floors, huge shared living area and kitchen, as well as a private patio.

The new roommate is welcome to bring whatever they want for the living room, since there really is a lot of space.

There's a W/D and dishwasher in the apartment.

We are the only tenants in the brownstone, so we never have to worry about noisy neighbors.

About the Room

The bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

The room is L-shaped and currently fits the following furniture:

Full-sized bed (could fit a Queen)
Large dresser
Small dresser
Large desk
Clothes rack

The room has a double closet and a set of shelves, and there is also a lot of closet access throughout the rest of the house.

It is the much quieter bedroom because it doesn't face the street, and it also gets a lot of sunlight.

The private bathroom has a large tub and even has space for additional storage (currently easily fits a shoe rack!)

About the Roommate

Young professional woman (playwright with a day job) who has lived in this apartment for five years and absolutely loves it. I work a 9 to 5 and also go out a lot, so I'm not home that often.

My roommate and I have honestly never had any kind of an issue, which I know has to do with the fact that we are both very polite and friendly people, but also because the apartment is so big that we are able to have our own space!

About the Neighborhood

Right near the Grove Street Path and it's getting nice and livelier every day.

Extremely easy commute to New York City. I work in the Financial District and leave home at 7:50 and get to my desk at 8:15.

You have nearly everything you need within a few blocks of the apartment.

Also a short walk to Newport Mall, Shoprite, Target, Hoboken and so much more.
