San Diego is the most active US city
March 2024 - New York may have been ranked the 'Most Walkable' city in the US in a recent study* , yet surprisingly it ranked the least active city according to recent data from roommate site SpareRoom. In fact, San Diego tops the list of cities whose roommates are most active.

SpareRoom analyzed data based on what over 47,000 roommates listed as their interests. It revealed that active people seeking like-minded roommates are better off searching in San Diego, Tampa or Denver.
