I have my second bedroom now available! The room is approx 145 sq. ft, completely furnished with a queen bed, cable, ~400 Mbs Wi-Fi, dresser, full-sized desk and chair, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, house phone, full-length closet, and a cooling ceiling fan. Laundry, BBQ, and Patio by the front door! All utilities are included and all you need to provide is your personal stuff. It's a private room, and the common areas are shared! You need to be financially stable, honest, reasonably clean, and help maintain the common areas, either as a student or work a normal day job outside. Sorry, no tobacco, couples, or pets (except ESA/service dogs)!

This 2 bd/1 bath apt is a 2 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to Downtown Huntington Beach/Pier (Surf City USA). I'm a self-employed WM.

The room is $1100/mo, all util included, plus $400 security.
