It's a 2 bedroom/2 bath upstairs apt. about 1.5 mi. from the beach, good location, garage for storage and huge walk-in closet. Washer & dryer on site, shared with only 2 other units. Parking available, also.

Looking for someone who pays bills & rent ON TIME, no drama, be respectful, clean and neat, steady job/income (you will have to show proof to the landlord) and someone who could also become a cool friend, as well.
