Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 story home with luxurious furnishings, patio with fire pit, rooftop patio with exercise gear and outdoor kitchen. Guest room is VERY large with private bath, balcony and private entrance. King size bed and mattress is brand new. Also furnished with 2 large chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Garage parking is negotiable. i am a professional who works from home, who is neat, clean, quiet, respectful, friendly, cooks and exercises daily. I am looking for a female roommate with similar health habits and food choices to share meals, entertaining, etc. Minimum lease is 30 days, but I am willing to extend on a MTM basis for as long as we both get along, and I plan to continue to rent. I love music, dance, hiking, biking, kayaking, anything outdoors! My perfect roommate would be someone interested in sharing meals, and activities, in and around the community, but who also has her own separate interests and friends. I am not comfortable with strangers sleeping over, the room is for 1 person only. All smoking or drugs would be unwelcome and subject to eviction.
