Cozy furnished rooms in the Casper area

We have 4 rooms available for rent. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Bathrooms are shared (basically 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom). However, guests would need to use them also as in any home.

The upstairs rooms have full size beds and the downstairs rooms have queen size beds.

We do have a ramp coming in the front door and the upstairs bath does have handicap rails in the shower and by the toilet.

Deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the house or furniture. Keys are issued for each room. If not returned upon leaving, there will be a $50 charge.

We currently have a retired service dog and 2 pet dogs on the property so we're not able to allow other animals on the property. Also, Dawn is allergic to smoking and vaping. It's not just an odor thing. It causes her to have a hard time breathing and has at times prevented breathing. This is serious. Those activities need to be done outside. If done in the house it will be grounds for immediate eviction and the deposit will be used to pay for professional cleaning of the affected areas.

Rent includes common area cleaning, use of kitchen, gas, electric, water, trash, and internet. Bedding is also provided. Towels are available if needed. We change out and wash those items weekly.

At this time we use evaporated cooling in the summer (hoping to upgrade soon) and we do have central heat.

And while we don't mind alcohol, big drinking parties and mean drunks are not allowed. We are also not a house for drugs or 420. We have a peaceful home in a safe neighborhood. It's good for young college students just leaving home, medical professionals and other traveling professionals. All rooms have curtains that allow for night shift workers to sleep during the day as well.

Room 1 will be available again May 20, 2026.

Right now Room 3 is being remodeled and will be available upon completion.

And we will post when we know the dates for Room 2 and 4 availability.
