Seeking a roommate for my two-bedroom apartment. MAJOR CAVEAT: I’m in Gillette for a temporary summer internship, lease ENDS August 31, 2026. If you want to remain in the apartment afterward, you would need to coordinate with the landlord ahead of time about taking over the lease.

Property details: 2 bedroom with shared bathroom. Washer, dryer, and kitchen included. Older property with new carpet in each room and nice hardwood floor in the rest. The place has had a fair amount of renovation work done with a brand new dishwasher and microwave.

I'm pretty easygoing overall, however I am looking for someone financially stable, willing to pay a rent security, and able to pass a background check.
