Seeking a roommate for my two-bedroom apartment. If you want to remain in the apartment afterward, you would need to coordinate with the landlord ahead of time about taking over the lease. I pay $950 a month (not including utilities). I suspect the landlord may offer a lower rate for a longer lease.

Property details: 2 bedroom with shared bathroom. Washer, dryer, and kitchen included. Older property with new carpet in each room and nice hardwood floor in the rest. The place has had a fair amount of renovation work done with a brand new dishwasher and microwave.

I'm pretty easygoing overall; however I would require a background check. If you have something on your record, please still feel free to reach out, it’s not an automatic deal-breaker for me.
