I have a large, freshly painted private bedroom available now with a full bathroom located just steps from your room.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a new queen platform bed with under-bed storage, new mattress and bedding, black tufted headboard, dresser, nightstand, blackout curtains, large closet, and a solid wood desk and chair.

The home has been extensively updated with quality furnishings and includes in-home laundry, high-speed internet, designated parking, a storage shed, NordicTrack elliptical, free weights, new Trex decking, and new patio furniture. All utilities are included.

I'm an experienced teacher with my own private suite on the opposite end of the home. I've shared my home with roommates for the past 16 years and strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment. Occasional guests are welcome, and a twin bed with trundle is available if needed.

I also have a friendly, hypoallergenic Cavapoo.
