Private Master Bedroom w Private Bathroom Sublet

Private master bedroom with its own private full bathroom in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse across from Ruby Memorial Hospital. $800 for the room monthly, plus shared utilities ($30-$60 per person on average). The house is very nice and spacious, with two-car parking in a large private garage, two parking spaces in the back under the balcony/porch, and one parking space in the front, all included in the rent and free (only one of the two other roommates has a car, so there is ample free parking for you and guests). There is a free washer and dryer and storage space in the large basement, a large porch/balcony with several chairs on it and hanging basket space, a large shared living room, a large shared dining room, and a large shared kitchen. The three bedrooms are upstairs with the master bedroom (the one I am subletting) being much bigger and the only bedroom with a bathroom inside (full bath). There is also closet space and two windows in the room! It is very nice, very close to the hospital, and the two other roommates are both women who are friendly, quiet, clean, and sweet!
