**IMMEDIATE: Looking for a Roommate for this Master Bedroom Month-to-Month Lease (I have a 2nd Room for rent also, so be 3 people in the house total (2 renters and Me living here), I’m also the landlord of this entire house: 1 BEDROOM FOR RENT ONLY $550 total in Cash only accepted, not the house since I live here to but in the basement (I’m the home owner)! REQUIREMENTS:

-MUST be a clean person
-NO ONE over 60 -MUST help out with all yardwork and inside cleaning!! -MUST have a Fulltime job a BIG MUST HAVE!!! (no SSD/SSI, NO HUD)
-MUST be reliable person -MUST provide 6 months of Pay stubs or W2 -MUST not have a bad credit history and PROVIDE proof via free credit report online!!
-MUST provide 2-3 past Land lord contact information to provide to me

Start out with a Month-to-Month Lease at first, than later on will be a 1 year Lease MUST be signed, dated and we do it in front of a Notary. the Lease will be drawn up with you and me together, i’ll type it up to what’s agreed Upon and will be printed off at a store on paper to be signed after all proof i require of you is shown and copied as proof about you as the Renter. Also WILL BE REQUIRED to help out on electric and gas bill on high demand if more then usual due to extra consumption!!*
