The Locklyn is a new apartment complex in Oconomowoc, WI built in 2022. The apartment itself is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. You will have your own private bedroom and a private bathroom (not attached). The property has its own pool, fitness center, study lounge, and patio. The apartment also has an attached balcony. The bedroom measures 11’1 x 10’1, and the closet inside is very large. Washer and dryer included in the unit. Cost of utilities and WiFI will be split between roommates. The apartment is also on the second floor of the building, so there is no one above, and the ceilings are vaulted. Kitchen is nice, modern, and spacious. Living room area is also very spacious. Projected move-in date is December 1, but could be sooner if the right person is interested. This is a dream apartment in Oconomowoc, located directly next to a Sendik’s grocery store, a Planet Fitness, Panera, and more.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean and tidy, but I have no problem with the occasional mess. I myself am extremely clean and regularly complete chores around the apartment. I am looking for someone who would be willing to spend time with me as well, particularly on the weekends. I love watching movies, hiking, spending time with family, and snuggling with my cat, Ozzie. My cat will be living in the apartment with me, but he is very friendly, clean, and low maintenance. I am open to having other pets in the apartment as well.
