Twin bed will remain and room cleaned.

Nice-sized private room available in a 3-bedroom country house. 4 miles from Spooner (Hwy 70 and 63). The room will be fully cleaned and cleared out prior to move-in.
What’s included: All utilities, internet, washer & dryer, shared bathroom, shared kitchen (with small refrigerator), access to living room and entertainment system, driveway parking, and limited storage space (labeled boxes preferred). I cook often and am open to occasionally sharing or splitting food costs.
About the home & lifestyle: I’m laid-back and fairly private, spending most of my time in my office or relaxing with TV/movies. I’m also a musician and music lover. I’ve had roommates before, but this is my first time renting a room after inheriting the house, so I’m still working on improvements. I have friends over occasionally, and my schedule can vary.
Ideal renter: Someone working full-time (contract workers, traveling nurses, construction workers, etc. fit well for the area), with their own vehicle, who is respectful, independent, communicative, and comfortable with an LGBTQ-friendly environment.
House guidelines: No overnight guests. Please notify me ahead of time if you plan to have visitors. Smoking and drinking are okay. A quiet and respectful environment is appreciated.
Additional info: Outdoor security system installed. Most household items can be used reasonably (cleaning supplies, kitchen items, etc.). Please label personal food unless shared and bring your own laundry detergent.
Requirements: Valid ID, background check, and references.
*First week + deposit upfront ($75+$250=$325)
Renter is responsible for any damages (check in list and photos recommended)
2-week notice requirement.
