Hey, I'm a 31 year old regional truck driver with a spare room available to rent. I'm gone during the week and home on weekends. Room available would be considered the master bedroom and has a walk-in closet as well. Living room is also largely unfurnished, I spend most of my time at home in the finished portion of the basement.

The home is located on the south side of Appleton within a mile of 441. Has a fenced in backyard and is within walking or biking distance of a Festivals grocery store. It also has a 2 car garage and I have just 1 car. Have Spectrum internet with TDS fiber being laid in later this year.

I have an 80lb dog so it's important that you're okay with a dog. He goes with me on the road during the week. Any pets you might want to bring would have to be a discussion between you and the property owner. I may be open to it but it's not my call.

My requirements for you are that you're a decent person, don't smoke, don't throw parties every weekend and no kids. I'm cool with a couple moving in but I would expect the rent be split 3 ways in that case.
