-Cape cod style house, renting out the large, upper bedroom. Bedroom naturally has a separation due to placement of stairs and column, so it easily could be furnished to make one side a bedroom and the other side your own private living room.

-Second floor only has the one large private bedroom, approximately 500 to 600 sq ft.
-A lot of natural light in the bedroom
-Shared bathroom on the first floor
-Brand new washer/dryer in the basement
-Shared kitchen has a large fridge, new stove, portable dishwasher, microwave, and pantry
-Good sized backyard with mature trees
-2.5 car garage so you will have a garage parking space
-Low crime neighborhood near a school with many friendly neighbors

About Me:
I am a 32 year old single female that works as an occupational therapist in a school district. I am more of a homebody and typically when I get together with friends we go out or I go to their place. Occasionally I have a few people over but not frequently so you don’t have to worry about people coming in and out a lot. I have a dog, a cat, and a gecko. My cat is very social and friendly. My dog is friendly and older. She has a history of mild separation anxiety so occasionally she will bark for a bit when I leave but this does not happen that often anymore. I fall in the middle of the messy/clean spectrum. I typically pick up after myself but I also do not expect the place to be immaculate constantly.
