Looking to sublease for the next semester

I’ve lived here for over a year now and the house has really become a home. The atmosphere of it is great and it feels like the best spot to hangout, make some food, watch a movie or have a good time. The rooms are all very sizable and have decent closest and window views. The kitchen is clean and comfortable, there are two living rooms but we mostly just use the main one, there are four parking spots included and the location can’t be beat. It’s a small walk from downtown Eau Claire and even smaller to water st, you can get anywhere easily and comfortably even in the cold weather! The dudes who live there are some of the funniest people I know and also are students at university of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
