Hi! I’m a PhD student at UW-Madison looking to find someone to sublease my room. I am looking for someone—preferably a young professional or fellow grad student—to move into my private room in a two-bedroom apartment on East Gorham Street.

When? Jan 1st, 2026 – August 15th, 2026 (move-in/out dates are flexible).
Rent? $700/month. Heat and water are included!
Utilities? Electricity and internet are separate, typically around $60/person per month.
Pets? Sadly, no cats or dogs allowed per building rules.
