I have 3 rooms available to rent. Two available immediately and one available in November. Each room is $900 a month plus your portion of utilities (will depend on how many people residing in the home as it will be split between all parties).

I will be residing in my home as well in the 4th bedroom.

-Pet friendly. Two dogs and two cats live here currently. The cats leave in November with their owner and one dog is terminally ill and likely will pass in the coming weeks. So, soon to be only one very old and calm dog.

-Kitchen, living room, office space, basement, dining area, fenced in yard, garden, hot tub, and fire pit are all communal areas and can be used as you please.

-The house is fully furnished aside from the bedrooms.

-As I only have two garage spaces available and three rooms, I will charge a monthly fee to those wanting to use the space. Otherwise there is street parking available.
