Hello! My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to live with us for August 2025-July 2026.
We’re recent graduates who enjoy the local music scene, taking our dog (a small terrier) to the park, and reading. We also have a bird who is quiet and very cute. However because of our pets we can’t add another dog or cat to the home.

The house is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath that includes 2 washer/dryer sets. It was built in 2014 and has all new appliances and is very well maintained. It’s just a couple blocks south of Regent St and is a 10 minute walk from campus. There is also a bus line to campus a block away. There is also available street parking.

Security deposit is one month’s rent and utilities are not included.
