Fitchburg Townhouse Information

The house is a gorgeous townhouse in Fitchburg, WI. The appliances (kitchen + laundry) are all new, and the space is very clean. There’s also a deck & green space.

The condo has a total of 2,500 square feet so there is lots of room for everyone. It features a main level living room, dining room, kitchen, a basement living room area + a large separate basement storage space, and a garage. The bedrooms for rent are on the upper level and have a shared bathroom with each bedroom having a large walk-in closet.

There is also an option to be in the basement with the half bath. However, you’d have to go upstairs to access the shared shower. The basement has a door that shuts off from the main level for privacy/quiet and is a large space to fit your furniture.

The condo is a 15 minute drive from the Madison campus, but there’s also a bus line (65) that goes from campus to one block from the condo.

There is an attached 2-car garage, as well as plenty of space on the driveway to park an additional car.

The rent per month will be $1350/per person but does not include monthly utilities. If you would like the extra garage parking space there will be an extra $50 per month added to the rent. There will also be a security deposit of one month’s rent/per person due upon signing that will be returned to you at the end of your lease. Lease term length can be discussed so let me know what you would prefer.

Some information about me: My name is Pari, I’m 23 years old and I am moving to Madison to start law school in August. I’m looking for two roommates (preferably 21+) to share a 3 bed/2 full bath/2 ½ bath Townhouse in Fitchburg, WI. I love a clean and organized space and am hoping to find people who share that same mindset. I will be spending the majority of my time at the law school, so schedules shouldn't conflict.

Extra things for you to know: The property is a no pets and no smoking space due to allergies and cleanliness. If interested, you will be sent a rental application that includes a background check. This is only for my knowledge and will not be shared with anyone else.
